Living with Purpose: Say Yes to a Radical Revolution
Today's devotion was written by 14-year-old Lauren Blight, our very first Next Generation young woman! (Click here to read it). Lauren is passionate about impacting her generation for Christ.
One year ago, we stepped out in faith to take on the challenge of reaching out and pouring into the lives of young women like Lauren. We asked for your help and you responded! Your giving allowed us to expand our She Speaks conference with a Next Generation track to encourage and equip young women to share there faith with confidence through the written and spoken word. Over 20 young women between the ages of 12 and 17 attended the conference. Your financial support provided scholarships for 18 of the girls who could not have come otherwise.
Your gift this year will have an even bigger impact! A She Speaks conference attendee was so inspired by seeing the girls in the Next Generation track that she is matching, dollar for dollar (up to $25,000), your financial gift to this important area of the ministry. This means your donation will be doubled! She wrote to say, "The next generation is our hope. They are growing up into our future. They are going to make the difference in our world and in the Kingdom. We should do everything we can to equip and encourage them to be all they can be. It/s our responsibility."

We are expecting to reach thousands of young women this year through this new website, but there is still much to do. A look at just a few recent statistics paints a disturbing picture of the ongoing challenges before us:
* Over 2000 teenage girls become pregnant every day in America
* 90% of teenagers have viewed pornography online
* 96% of youth are predicted to reject Bible-based principles by the time they are adults
