Melissa was "Teacher of the Year" at an elementary school in Charlotte , North Carolina , where she taught for five years before becoming a full-time homemaker. Her love for children and passion for the family have been the driving force in her ministry to build a godly home and share the transforming love of God from coast to coast. Melissa has been teaching women Biblical truths for over 10 years. She currently serves in the women's and children's ministries at Forest Hill Church in Charlotte.
